These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jera9 platform, accessible at https://jera9.net and any associated mobile applications or services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature or service provided by jera9, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing jera9 on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and that the entity agrees to be bound by them in the same manner as an individual user.

jera9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, jera9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of jera9 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jera9 immediately and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jera9's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jera9.

To access the full range of jera9 services — including live casino tables, sports betting markets, slot games, and the BDT cashier — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number.

Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the life of your account is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or location — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your email address, contact number, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. jera9 cannot be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or account access issues resulting from outdated contact or payment information held on your account.

Login Credentials and Account Security

Your jera9 username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, permit any other person to access your account, or use any automated tool, bot, or script to log in to or interact with the jera9 platform. jera9 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of account security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you have lost or forgotten your login credentials, you must contact jera9 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. jera9 will take reasonable steps to secure the account and investigate any reported unauthorised access, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account with jera9 at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. In such cases, jera9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all open bets and bonuses, and retain any balances pending a full investigation.

jera9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing account holders. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to culturally significant events on the Bangladesh calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and IPL.

Eligibility and Opt-In

Each promotion will specify its eligibility criteria, including whether it is available to new players only, existing players, or a defined segment of account holders. Unless stated otherwise, jera9 bonuses are available to players with fully verified accounts who are in good standing (i.e., no active suspension, no outstanding verification requests, and no history of bonus abuse). Some promotions require explicit opt-in via the promotions section of your jera9 account; others are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying conditions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms available on the jera9 promotions page. Bonus wagering contributions from different game types may vary — for example, live casino games and slots may contribute at different rates. These contribution rates will be specified per promotion.

Bonus Abuse and Irregular Play

jera9 monitors wagering activity associated with bonus funds to identify patterns that suggest exploitation rather than genuine play. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets (hedging) across two or more accounts to guarantee extraction of bonus value; using automated betting scripts or software; coordinating with other players to systematically clear bonus requirements with low-risk or no-risk strategies; and providing false information to obtain a bonus for which you are not legitimately eligible.

Where jera9 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, jera9 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings attributable to the bonus, and take further account action including suspension. jera9's determination in such matters is final.

Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period from the date of credit, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered sufficiently by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. jera9 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

Either you or jera9 may close your jera9 account. The process and consequences differ depending on the initiating party and the reason for closure.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your jera9 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Open bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules. Once a voluntary closure request is confirmed, access to the account is removed immediately. Note that voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account because gambling is causing you harm, please request self-exclusion instead, which carries stronger reinstatement protections.

Closure or Suspension by jera9

jera9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a player has breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been detected; age or identity verification cannot be completed to jera9's satisfaction; the account has been inactive for an extended period (as defined in jera9's dormant account policy); or jera9 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jera9 will notify the account holder via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, access to betting and withdrawal functions may be restricted. jera9 will endeavour to resolve investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the player. If a suspension concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, any withheld withdrawable balance will be released without penalty.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jera9 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email before applying any dormant account administration fee. Dormant account fee rates and the process for reactivating a dormant account are as published in jera9's dormant account policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
